The fine print.

Welcome to The Wine Inn in Sonoita, Arizona. These terms outline our policies and your obligations while enjoying our accommodations and services — please read them carefully.

Reservations

Reservations & payments.

  • ·Full payment — all reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.
  • ·Security hold — a $200 hold is placed on your credit card at check-in to cover potential damages or incidental charges. Released upon a satisfactory inspection after checkout.

Cancellation

Cancellation & refund policy.

  • ·7+ days prior to arrival — full refund.
  • ·48 hours to 7 days prior to arrival — 50% refund.
  • ·Less than 48 hours prior to arrival — no refund.

The Wine Inn reserves the right to refund any payment for any reason deemed necessary. All refunds are final.

Arrivals

Check-in & check-out.

  • ·Check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability.
  • ·Check-out by 10:30 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.

On the property

House rules.

  • ·No smoking — smoking and vaping are limited to the designated outdoor smoking area; strictly prohibited inside the rooms and indoor communal areas.
  • ·No pets — due to livestock and resident pets, we generally do not accept bookings with pets. Exceptions may apply under certain conditions.
  • ·Damages and loss — you are responsible for any damage or loss caused to us or our property by your actions, omissions, or neglect. You agree to indemnify us and to pay on demand the amount required to repair or replace any such damages.
  • ·Don't feed the animals — this is a working homestead with farm animals and high-desert wildlife roaming outside the main perimeter fence.
  • ·Watch your step — there are uneven surfaces, lizards, and other small creatures.

Liability

Limits & force majeure.

  • ·General liability — other than for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or misrepresentation, our total liability to you is limited to the price of the booking. We are not responsible for any indirect or special damages.
  • ·Force majeure — we will not be liable for failure to perform if caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
  • ·Termination of booking — we reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately without refund or compensation if guests do not comply with our terms, pose a safety risk, or behave in an unacceptable manner.

Privacy

Your data.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Details of how we handle your data are available in our privacy policy on our website.

Amendments

Changes to these terms.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments are effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Jurisdiction

Governing law.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Arizona and shall be interpreted accordingly.
