The ranch sits at 5,000 feet of elevation in the heart of Sonoita — Arizona's first federally designated American Viticultural Area — surrounded by four mountain ranges and the most breathtaking sunsets in Arizona.

Our recently refurbished courtyard hosts outdoor ceremonies and receptions. The grand room works for indoor portions of the event — sit-down dinners, dancing, a weather backup. Four porches are crafted for sunrise toasts, sunset photographs, vineyard views, and quiet moments away from the dance floor.

Wedding.

Let us host your small, intimate outdoor wedding. Use the courtyard for the ceremony, the grand room for the reception, or both. Tables and chairs included. Add-ons available for the ceremony, decoration, music, and pastoral services.

Wedding reception, bridal shower, graduation party — bring the celebration; we'll host the venue. We'll do our best to accommodate your envisioned event with the full set of add-ons and recommendations.

The inn has four guest rooms — Malbec, Tempranillo, Cabernet, and Zinfandel. Enough to lodge the immediate wedding party, the couple, and family. Out-of-town guests can stay nearby; we'll send recommendations.

Booking the venue and the rooms together makes the whole event feel like a private retreat — rehearsal dinner on the porch, breakfast together the morning after, and a slow Sunday rather than a check-out scramble.

How many guests can you accommodate?
Up to 60 guests for an outdoor ceremony and reception. The courtyard and grand room can host indoor and outdoor portions of the event.
Do you offer both indoor and outdoor settings?
Yes. The recently refurbished courtyard works for outdoor ceremonies and receptions, and the grand room provides an indoor option for any portion of the event — useful as a weather backup or for a sit-down meal.
Can my wedding party stay onsite?
Yes. The inn has four guest rooms (Malbec, Tempranillo, Cabernet, Zinfandel) which is enough to lodge the immediate wedding party. We can also point out-of-town guests to nearby accommodations.
Is catering included? What about a bar?
Catering and bar service are not included, but we have a network of recommended caterers, DJs, florists, photographers, and a local pastor for ceremonies. We provide tables and chairs.
How far in advance should we book?
For weekend dates in spring and fall (the most popular wedding seasons in Sonoita), 9–12 months in advance is typical. We accept bookings closer to the date when our calendar allows — reach out and we'll tell you what's open.
What's included with a venue booking?
Use of the courtyard and grand room, four porches with sunrise/sunset/vineyard/livestock views, tables and chairs, and the option to decorate as you wish. Decorating support is available if you'd like our help.
Do you host events other than weddings?
Yes — receptions, rehearsal dinners, brunches, birthdays, holiday parties, corporate retreats, and family reunions are all welcome. Inquire and we'll quote your specific event.
